1. Who you are dealing with
This website is published by MC Financial LLC, a limited liability company doing business under the assumed name “MC Life Insurance.” Our National Producer Number, assigned through the National Insurance Producer Registry, is 21622410.
MC Financial LLC is a licensed independent insurance producer — an insurance brokerage. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite risk, set premium rates, issue policies, or pay claims. Every policy we place is issued by a third-party insurance carrier, which is named in the policy contract you receive. All benefits, values, and guarantees under any policy are the sole obligation of that issuing carrier and are backed solely by that carrier’s claims-paying ability. MC Financial LLC does not guarantee the obligations of any carrier.
We are not a bank, a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, a law firm, or an accounting firm, and we do not provide securities, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
[Insert: state of organization, the business address of record on file with your state insurance department — a registered agent, virtual office or PO box is acceptable in most states — and any additional registered trade names.]
2. Licensing & where we transact
MC Financial LLC, and each individual producer acting on its behalf, holds a resident or non-resident insurance producer license in every state in which we solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance, together with any carrier appointment that state requires.
We do not solicit or transact insurance business in any state where we are not licensed. This website is accessible from anywhere, but nothing on it is an offer or solicitation in a jurisdiction where MC Financial LLC or the responsible producer is not properly licensed and, where required, appointed. If you contact us from a state in which we are not licensed, we will tell you so.
Products, riders, features, underwriting classes, issue ages, and rates vary by state and are not available everywhere. A product described elsewhere on this site may not be available to you.
License numbers
- Resident producer license
- South Carolina — license number 21622410
- National Producer Number (NPN)
- 21622410
Non-resident licenses. MC Financial LLC also holds non-resident producer licenses in additional states, and we add states on an ongoing basis. Because that list changes, we do not publish it here. The license number we hold in any particular state is available on request — call (843) 312-0212 or email admin@mclifeinsurance.com and we will provide it in writing. You can also confirm every state in which we are licensed, at any time, through the National Producer Number lookup described below.
3. How to verify our license
You are entitled to verify our licensing before doing business with us, and we encourage it.
- Look up our National Producer Number (21622410) or the name MC Financial LLC through the National Insurance Producer Registry at nipr.com, which maintains the Producer Database on behalf of the state insurance departments.
- Or use the South Carolina Department of Insurance licensee lookup at doi.sc.gov. If you live elsewhere, your own state insurance department maintains the same kind of public lookup.
- Or ask us. Call (843) 312-0212 or email admin@mclifeinsurance.com and we will provide our license number for your state in writing.
The National Insurance Producer Registry is a non-profit affiliate of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners that processes producer licensing electronically. It is not a regulator, and a listing there is not an endorsement of any producer.
4. How we are compensated
MC Financial LLC is paid commission by the insurance carrier that issues your policy. That commission is a component of the premium the carrier files with your state’s insurance department, and it is present whether you buy through a broker or directly from the carrier.
We do not charge consumers a fee for quoting, consulting, application assistance, policy review, or claims assistance. Using MC Life Insurance does not increase your premium.
Commission rates differ between carriers and between products. That difference creates a potential conflict of interest, and we disclose it here plainly: our obligation is to recommend coverage appropriate to your stated needs and circumstances, not the product that pays us most. If you would like to know how we are compensated on a specific recommendation, ask, and we will tell you.
[Insert: any additional compensation arrangements requiring disclosure — overrides, bonuses, contingent or production-based compensation, marketing allowances, or any fee arrangements permitted and disclosed under your state’s law.]
5. Quotes, estimates & calculators
The premium figures, coverage recommendations, and calculator outputs on this website are illustrations, not quotes and not offers of insurance. They are generated from information you enter and from published rate ranges, and they are non-binding on MC Financial LLC and on every insurance carrier.
Your actual premium and underwriting class are determined solely by the issuing carrier after its own underwriting review, which may include your medical history, prescription and claims databases, motor vehicle records, financial information, avocations, occupation, and travel. Your final cost may differ materially from any figure shown here, and your application may be rated, modified, postponed, or declined.
No coverage is bound, applied for, altered, or reinstated by using this website. Coverage begins only when an application has been signed and accepted by a carrier, the policy has been issued and delivered in accordance with its terms, and the required premium has been paid.
The coverage-needs calculator applies a common needs-analysis method to figures you supply. It does not account for your full financial picture, and its output is a starting point for a conversation with a licensed producer, not a recommendation.
6. Product disclosures
- Term life insurance
- Provides a death benefit for a stated term only. It builds no cash value, and coverage ends when the term expires unless renewed or converted, generally at a substantially higher premium.
- Whole life insurance
- Guaranteed elements depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier. Any dividends shown are not guaranteed. Surrendering a policy in its early years commonly returns less than the premium paid, and surrender charges may apply.
- Indexed universal life insurance
- Life insurance, not a security and not an investment in the stock market. You are not invested in any index and receive no dividends from index constituents. Interest is credited by a formula subject to caps, participation rates, spreads, and floors that the carrier may change within contractual limits. Policy charges and cost of insurance reduce cash value and increase with age. Loans and withdrawals reduce the death benefit and cash value; a policy that lapses or is surrendered with an outstanding loan may produce taxable income. Non-guaranteed illustration values are not projections, estimates, or guarantees of future results. Review the carrier’s illustration, including the guaranteed columns, before applying.
- Final expense & guaranteed-issue life insurance
- Face amounts are small and the cost per dollar of coverage is higher than fully underwritten insurance. Many plans include a graded or modified death benefit period, commonly two or three years, during which death from natural causes returns premium plus interest rather than the full face amount. Accidental death is typically covered from day one. Terms vary by carrier and state.
- Riders
- Riders, including accelerated death benefit, waiver of premium, child, and return-of-premium riders, may carry an additional cost, are not available on every policy or in every state, and are subject to their own eligibility rules, terms, and limitations. Accelerating a death benefit reduces the amount payable at death and may affect eligibility for public assistance programs; benefits may be taxable in some circumstances.
The policy contract issued by the carrier governs in all cases. Read it for complete terms, conditions, exclusions, reductions of benefit, and limitations, including any suicide and contestability provisions.
7. Carrier ratings
Where this site refers to “A-rated” carriers, we mean carriers holding a financial strength rating of A− or better from AM Best. A financial strength rating is an opinion of an insurer’s ability to meet its ongoing insurance obligations. It is not a recommendation to buy any policy, a statement about the suitability of a product for you, or a guarantee of a carrier’s future performance. Ratings are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Ratings are the property of the rating agency, and reference to them here does not imply the agency endorses MC Financial LLC.
8. Advertising & testimonials
MC Financial LLC intends all advertising, including this website, to be truthful, substantiated, and not misleading, consistent with the unfair trade practice and advertising rules of the states in which we are licensed.
Any testimonial, review, or endorsement that appears on this site will reflect the honest experience of an actual client or producer, will be used with that person’s permission, will disclose any compensation or material connection, and will not be presented as typical of results others should expect. Individual results vary.
Carrier names and logos are the trademarks of their owners. We display them only where the carrier has given written permission and where we hold a current appointment.
If you believe anything on this site is inaccurate or misleading, tell us at admin@mclifeinsurance.com and we will review and correct it.
9. Producer recruiting
Producer positions with MC Financial LLC are independent contractor, commission-only opportunities. There is no salary, draw, minimum income, or guaranteed earnings, and no fee is charged to be contracted with us.
The income calculator on our careers page performs arithmetic on values a visitor selects. It is not an earnings claim, an average, a projection, or a statement of typical results, and no representation is made that any individual will earn any particular amount. Actual income depends on licensing, activity, market conditions, carrier commission schedules, policy persistency, and commission chargebacks. Many producers earn little or nothing.
Producers must hold an active insurance license, and any carrier appointment their state requires, before soliciting insurance. Submitting an application does not create a contract, an employment relationship, or an offer.
MC Financial LLC is an equal opportunity organization and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
10. Questions & complaints
Contact us first — call (843) 312-0212 or email admin@mclifeinsurance.com. We would rather fix a problem than have you carry it.
You also have the right to contact your state’s department of insurance directly at any time, with or without contacting us first. Every state insurance department accepts consumer complaints about producers and carriers.

Complaints may be filed online through the department’s consumer complaint form, or by post or telephone using the details above. The department asks that you raise the issue with the producer or carrier first, but you are not required to wait for us before filing.
If you live in another state in which we are licensed, contact that state’s department of insurance instead. Every state maintains a consumer services division that accepts complaints about producers, and we will provide its contact details on request.
11. Accessibility statement
MC Financial LLC intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We have built it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target standard.
Measures in place include semantic page structure with a single main heading per page, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus indicators, labels on every form control, error messages conveyed in text rather than by color alone, results that update dynamically announced to screen readers, respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting, and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel viewport.
We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, tell us and we will help you directly and fix the underlying problem: admin@mclifeinsurance.com or (843) 312-0212. We will also provide any information on this site in an alternative format on request, at no charge.
