Leads we pay for
Exclusive inbound requests from this website and our direct-mail program, routed to you — not resold to four other agents. No cold lists, no buying your own leads in week one.
Most agents don’t fail because they lack drive. They fail because nobody hands them appointments, nobody teaches them the close, and nobody answers the phone at 7pm when a case gets complicated.
Exclusive inbound requests from this website and our direct-mail program, routed to you — not resold to four other agents. No cold lists, no buying your own leads in week one.
We cover your pre-licensing course and reimburse the state exam fee once you pass. Most new agents are licensed and writing business inside 30 days.
Your first fifteen appointments are run three-way with a producing agent. You watch, then you lead, then you own it. Nobody gets thrown in the deep end.
Start at a real contract level, earn increases on production, not politics. Weekly commission advances, lifetime renewals, and an override path when you build a team.
No hype, no screenshots of someone else’s check. Move the sliders to your own effort level and see the arithmetic. Every number here is editable.
You do not need an insurance background. Our strongest producers came from teaching, nursing, restaurant management, the military and retail — jobs where you talk to people all day and get judged on follow-through.
If you are already producing and tired of captive product limits or a contract level that never moves, the conversation is short: we show you our carrier grid and your comp schedule on the first call.
For producers who want leverage: recruit, train and earn overrides on your downline while we handle contracting, compliance, chargeback tracking and carrier relationships.
There is no salary, no draw, and no guarantee. Some agents replace a professional income inside six months. Others write two policies and quit. The variable is almost always activity, not talent.
We would rather lose you at the application than four months in, so here is the honest version: expect 90 days before the income feels stable, expect to be told no far more often than yes, and expect the first month to feel like school. If that reads as a challenge rather than a warning, apply.
Four short steps, about three minutes. Every application is read by a person, and you will hear back either way within two business days.
Not to get started. New agents work company-funded leads from this website and our direct-mail program while they learn. Established producers often choose to co-op additional lead spend for volume, but that is your call, never a condition.
No startup fee, no required inventory, no mandatory conference tickets. You are responsible for your state licensing exam and your own equipment; we reimburse the exam fee once you pass and cover the pre-licensing course up front.
Many agents start part-time in the evenings and on Saturdays. Roughly a third of our producers went full-time only after their commission consistently beat their salary. We would rather you transition on evidence than on hope.
Carriers pay commission when a policy is issued and the first premium clears. Most of our carriers advance a portion of the first-year commission, and we release payments weekly. Renewals continue for the life of the policy. If a client cancels early, the unearned advance is charged back — we explain that math in detail on your first call.
Then you have no bad habits to unlearn. Our onboarding assumes zero background: scripts, objection handling, product training and fifteen mentored appointments before you run one alone. What we cannot teach is showing up consistently.
No. You are never asked to buy a product, pay a fee, or recruit anyone to earn. Income comes from placing insurance with real clients. Agents who choose to build a team earn overrides on that team’s production — standard practice in insurance distribution — but recruiting is entirely optional and pure recruiters are not contracted here.
If you have read this far, you are already more thorough than most of the people who apply. Take the next step.
